Founder of several social and professional initiatives, Mr. Ashok Paliwal has been dedicated to uplifting tribal communities, women, and the financially weak through free hair and beauty training since 2000. He has trained over 27,000+ men and women in collaboration with renowned institutions and organizations across India.
Under his leadership (2013–2019), 190 experts received international training, leading to 170 national and 42 international (OMC Asian & HairWorld) championship wins for India. He also launched India’s first national hair donation campaign for cancer patients, collecting 386 donations in just 450 days, and holds the Golden Book & India Book Records for the longest hair donation (44 inches).

A highly accomplished professional from Assam, Dr. Madhumita Saikia is a pioneer in beauty, wellness, and Ayurveda education. Coming from humble beginnings, she built an inspiring career through dedication and passion for empowering others.
She holds a Ph.D. in Mass Media and its Influence on Beauty & Wellness among the Tribes of Assam from Gauhati University, along with multiple professional qualifications in Beauty Therapy, Ayurveda, Dietetics, and Herbal Medicine from top institutes in India and abroad.
Founder of the Signature Training Centre & Ayurveda Institute, Guwahati (since 1998), she has trained over 36,000+ women and youth in beauty, wellness, and herbal entrepreneurship—helping them achieve self-reliance and sustainable livelihoods.
Internationally, she has represented India as an Ayurveda and Beauty Expert in countries including China, Hong Kong, the UK, Australia, and Myanmar, collaborating with global spa chains and trade organizations.
A respected media personality, she has authored over 1,500 articles, performed 1,000+ live sessions, and continues to promote Indian Ayurveda and wellness science worldwide.
